- Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.

Sustainability Note:
- Refunds for damaged or defective items do not require item returns to avoid unnecessary shipping waste.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Refunds and replacements are not available for:
- Used or Washed Items: Unless they arrived defective.
- Perishable Goods: Items like zero-waste snacks or beauty products are non-refundable once opened.
- Items Exceeding the Eligible Period: Claims submitted after 7 business days are not eligible.
