  • Store juices in airtight glass bottles.


💡 Additional Tips:

  • Listen to your body: Add light veggies or broth if needed.
  • Rest well: Aim for 7 to 8 hours of sleep nightly.
  • Gentle movement: Prefer light yoga or walks; avoid intense workouts.


 Post-Cleanse:

  • ​Ease back into solid foods with smoothies, soups, and steamed vegetables for 2 to 3 days after completing the cleanse. Avoid processed foods, dairy, and alcohol during the transition period.

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 grapefruit
