Join us for a gentle yet powerful Qi Gong session guided by Craig Tuberville, a dedicated practitioner passionate about the healing wisdom of traditional energy arts designed to harmonise mind, body, and breath. 

Set in the peaceful surroundings of wellness studio, this session invites you to connect with nature, your breath, and your own inner rhythm.

Through slow, flowing movements and focused breathwork, you will activate your body’s energy pathways, release tension, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and presence. 

Step into a space of stillness and flow with our Qi Gong sessions—an ancient practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that harmonises movement, breath, and awareness.


Whether you are seeking to reduce stress, enhance vitality, or simply reconnect with your body, Qi Gong offers a gentle yet powerful pathway back to balance.
